How it works

Three steps, and the planning is already moving.

  1. Is she having a court?

    6 of 9 set up

    Answer a few questions

Her date, her court, the padrinos you have in mind, the traditions she wants. One or two questions at a time, and you can skip any of them.

  2. Countdown

    142days to her XV

    Her planner fills itself in

Your answers build the checklist, the countdown and her padrino board, with due dates worked back from her day.

  3. Send their link

    Share it with everyone

Padrinos, the court and the choreographer each get their own link by WhatsApp, text or email. No app to download and no password.

One plan, a view for each of you

Everyone sees what's theirs. You decide who sees the money.

For her

Her countdown, her look, her court, her songs, the 15 candles and her speech: the choices that are hers to make. Money stays hidden unless you turn it on.

For mom

The checklist by month, the budget, payments and due dates, the guest list and the calendar, in one place instead of a notebook and twenty group chats.

For the padrinos

A link that shows only their item, what it usually costs and when it's needed. They say yes in one tap, and you see it right away.

For the court

Rehearsal times with RSVPs, sizes and outfits, and what each family owes, on a link their parents can open too.

The padrino board

Every item moves from Open to Asked to Said yes to Covered to Thanked. When a padrino covers something, it comes off what you pay.

Ask with a link

Send each padrino their item by WhatsApp, text or email, in their language.

See who said yes

Their answer lands on the board. No chasing anyone down at a birthday party.

Thank them on time

When the quince is over, the board shows who still needs a thank-you, and their names go in the program.

What things cost where you live

The budget helper suggests the usual lines for a quince with a cost range for your area. You can change any of it.

We use it only to adjust prices for your area, and we don't save it here.

Why these numbers?

National ranges combine quince guides (quinceanera.com, The Bash, CostHelper), vendor price pages, Thumbtack and The Knot's 2026 study. They are adjusted for your area with the Bureau of Economic Analysis's Regional Price Parities for 2024. Services like the hall and catering move more with local prices than dresses and things bought online.

On your computer and on her phone

Build the budget and the run of show on a big screen. Check what's due this week from your phone. It's the same plan, and it stays in step.

Questions

Is it really free?

Yes. The planner is free for the planner and the quinceañera, with every section. Pro is $99 once per quince, if you want co-planners, her quince page, invitations, seating and day-of mode.

Does it work in Spanish?

Every screen works in English and Spanish, and each person picks their own. Mom can plan in Spanish while her daughter uses English.

Do padrinos need an account?

No. Each padrino gets a link by WhatsApp, text or email that shows only their item. The court and the choreographer get their own links too.

Does it work where we live?

Yes, anywhere in the United States. The budget helper uses your ZIP code to show what things usually cost in your area.

Can our coordinator use it?

Yes. With Pro you can invite your quince coordinator. They see the vendors, the run of show and the calendar, and you decide whether they see money.

Can my daughter see the budget?

Only if you want her to. The quinceañera has her own view, and money stays hidden until you turn it on.
